Sundar

I have been living and working at 70/A Kamala Nagar 3Rd Main for quite some time now. My business, which I just call Sundar, is based right here in the 3Rd Cross area, specifically in Prerana Villas. It is a quiet residential spot, which I prefer over the noisy main roads. The office is basically a converted room in the villa where I keep all my records and equipment. Being in Kamala Nagar means I am close to my neighbors and can help out when things come up. I don't have a fancy website or a big sign outside. Usually, people just know I am at 70/A if they need something. Prerana Villas is a nice community and we all look out for each other. I spend my days handling various tasks, sometimes fixing things or organizing local events. It is a one-man show mostly. I like the independence of it. The 3Rd Main road gets some shade from the big trees, making it a nice place to walk in the evenings. I don't really think about things in terms of corporate growth or profit margins. It is more about doing a good job and being a reliable person in the neighborhood. If a neighbor has a question about a project, they just walk over to my gate. It is a very direct and simple way of living. Kamala Nagar has been my home for years, and I am glad to be here.
