Padmavathi Paying Guest Accommodation

This PG is located at number 28 in Basavanagudi, right on K R Road. We are directly opposite the Garadi Apartments, so it is a fairly easy spot to recognize. I have been running this place for a while, and it is always full of life. We have a lot of rooms and each one usually has a few people sharing the space. It is a busy house, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get ready for college or work at the same time. I spend a lot of my day making sure the kitchen is running and that there is enough food for everyone. We mostly serve simple meals like sambar, rice, and chapatis. It is not a hotel, so things are a bit more casual here. We have rules about the main gate and noise levels because we want everyone to get some sleep. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or a lightbulb goes out, and I have to go around fixing things myself. Basavanagudi is a quiet, traditional area, and we try to keep that same feeling inside the house. There is a common area where people sit and chat or watch a bit of television after dinner. It is a bit of a juggle managing so many different personalities, but you get used to the noise and the constant movement.
