Karunashree Developers

We are located on the 3Rd Floor of Kalgaphree Point, which is at 25 Vasanthapura Anandnagar Margh. Karunashree Developers is a small team, mostly just a few of us trying to get things built. Our office isn't very large, and it is usually filled with blueprints and rolls of tracing paper. Vasanthapura is a growing area, and we have seen a lot of changes from our window at Kalgaphree Point. We don't have a flashy showroom or a bunch of salespeople in suits. It is more about sitting down at a wooden table and looking at land plans together. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. Working in real estate development means a lot of time spent on site, so the office is often empty in the afternoons. Anandnagar Margh is a good street to be on, even if the traffic gets heavy on the weekends. We just focus on one project at a time and try to make sure the foundations are solid. I don't really use big marketing words because at the end of the day, a house is just bricks and mortar. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. It is a practical way to run a business. We deal with the paperwork and the permits and try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible for everyone involved in the process.
