Venkateshwaren Metal Works

Our workshop is at 12, Anath Kaddi Main Road. Venkateshwaren Metal Works is written on a small metal plate by the gate. It is a loud place. Between the cutting and the welding, there is always some kind of noise happening. We wear heavy boots and thick shirts because the sparks fly everywhere. The floor is covered in metal shavings that we sweep up at the end of the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just have to look at the piles of metal in the yard. We take on all sorts of jobs, from small repairs to bigger structures. Some days are really hot, especially near the forge, so we drink a lot of water and take breaks in the shade. We aren't the type to use big words or make empty promises. We just tell you if we can do the job or not. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years. They know we are just regular guys working hard. The building itself is old and has some cracks in the walls, but it’s sturdy enough for what we need. We don't plan on changing much about how we run things. It works for us and the people who come to us. We just keep our heads down and work.
