We work out of a residential-style building, which keeps the atmosphere quite calm. We don't have a lot of people coming in and out all day, so it stays pretty quiet for the most part. We like it that way because we can actually get things done without too many distractions. The office is just a few rooms filled with computers and some basic furniture. We didn't spend a lot of money on making it look like a showroom. We just wanted a place where we could sit and do our tasks comfortably. Most of the people working here are from around this part of Bangalore. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat before we dive into the work. It’s a very low-pressure environment in terms of corporate culture. We don't have fancy titles or dress codes. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple setup for a small business, and it works well for us.
