Vati Consulting Pvt Ltd is located at 198 Anubhavnagar, right on the Nagarbhavi Main Road. It’s a busy part of Bangalore 72, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is quite plain. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every time someone uses it. We’ve been here for a few years now, and the area has changed a lot. We do a lot of consulting work, which mostly involves talking to people and filling out forms. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. The team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't have a big boss who walks around in a suit; we all just pitch in where needed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to chat about things other than work. We usually head out for tea at the stall around the corner around four o'clock. It’s a routine that keeps us sane. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to provide a decent service to anyone who walks through our door. It is just a matter of keeping the paperwork moving and helping out.
