Varsha Provision Store

Varsha Provision Store has been around this part of Ayyappa Nagar for a good while. You can find us right near the Krishna Community Hall. It is a landmark everyone knows around Mahadevapura. We are technically in the Subash Nagar area near the Mahadevapura Post. Our days usually start early, before most people are even awake, so we can get the fresh stock organized and ready. The shop is small, and we have shelves piled high with pulses, spices, and cleaning supplies. It is the kind of place where you can find that one specific brand of tea your grandmother likes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things stay tidy. Often, the kids from the nearby houses run in for snacks after school. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic near the hall, but we try to keep the counters clean. We write down orders in a notebook and handle things one customer at a time. There is no rush here, really. If we are out of something, we just tell you. It feels like a small village sometimes even though we are in a busy city. People stop to chat about the weather or local news while they wait for their bags to be filled. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. But the shop stays pretty much the same. It is just an honest living, selling daily essentials to people we have known forever.
