Our office is located at 448 Shivaji Nagar, right on 20th Main in the 1st Block. Being west of Chord Road makes it a bit easier for the trucks to move in and out, though the traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s familiar to everyone we deal with. The office is mostly filled with logbooks, old chairs, and the sound of phones ringing. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the main road so close by, but you get used to the hum of the city after a few months. We spend a lot of our day coordinating things and making sure drivers know where they are going. There isn't much in the way of fancy furniture here. We just have the basics that we need to keep things moving. On rainy days, the street gets a bit muddy, but we manage. Most of the people who drop by are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We know the tea guy around the corner by name, and he knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just show up, handle the loads, and go home. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to think about that when there’s work to do.
