It’s a busy part of town, which is good because we are always on the move anyway. The office is usually filled with samples of materials, floor plans, and lists of things we need to get for the next event. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we are more concerned with making sure the gear is ready and the schedules are set. Being in RT Nagar means we are close to a lot of our suppliers and it’s easy for the staff to get to work. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly just talk across the room instead of sending fancy emails to each other. If someone needs something, they just shout it out. It’s a very practical way of working. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We handle a lot of logistics, so there’s often someone coming or going with a delivery or a clipboard. It’s a real, working office where things actually get built and planned every day. No frills, just hard work and a lot of lists. We drink too much coffee but it keeps us going through the long planning sessions.
