Vanitha Paying Guest is located at 50 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are right in the middle of everything, near Malkala Market and Chowdeswari Temple Street. If you see Food City, you’re almost there. We have rooms for people who need a place to stay while they work or study. It’s a busy house. There is always someone coming or going. We try to keep things clean, but with so many people, it’s a constant job. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We cook big pots of rice and sambar every day. Sometimes the girls complain it’s too spicy, so we try to change it up. The temple nearby rings the bells early in the morning, which some people like and others find a bit loud. We have beds, cupboards, and a bit of space for everyone's stuff. It’s not a hotel. It’s more like a big family where people don’t always know each other at first. We make sure there is water and the lights are working. If a tap leaks, we fix it ourselves or call the plumber from down the street. BTM is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the shops and the traffic. But inside, it’s mostly just people living their lives. We’ve been running this for several years now. It keeps us on our feet from morning until late at night.
