Vanitha Ladies Paying Guest

This is a ladies' paying guest house located at number 50 in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are in Phase I near the Gidc area. It is a place where women stay, mostly those who are working in the nearby offices or attending colleges. We keep the place running every day, making sure the rooms are kept up and the common areas are okay. BTM is a very crowded part of the city, so it’s always busy outside our doors. We have several rooms and they stay pretty full most of the year. There’s always a bit of chatter in the hallways in the evenings when everyone gets back from their day. We handle the cooking and the general maintenance of the building. It’s a lot of responsibility to make sure everyone feels settled. The location is good because it’s close to shops and bus stops. We don’t have fancy furniture, just the basics like beds and cupboards. Sometimes there are issues with the plumbing or the internet, and we have to get those fixed quickly. It’s a very practical sort of living. We’ve been here for some time now and know the layout of the neighborhood well. It’s a place for people to sleep and eat while they get on with their lives in the city. There's a small gate at the front and we keep it locked for safety. It's a decent, quiet enough place inside.
