Our office is at 389, 5th Main Road in the 3rd Phase of Bangalore. It’s a typical Bangalore street, always something going on outside like dogs barking or vendors shouting. We do management consulting, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, we just look at how businesses are running and try to find where things are getting stuck or moving too slow. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees in a glass tower. It’s just a few of us sitting around a couple of old tables. The building is older but it’s sturdy and has character. We’ve got a view of the street from the window, which helps pass the time. Sometimes we get distracted by the fruit sellers or the traffic jams. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we know the other shop owners. It feels like a real community here. We just take things one day at a time.
