We’ve been here at Kanakapura Road 11 for quite a while now. Most people around the neighborhood know us just as the local spot for phone stuff. It’s not a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a regular shop where we handle recharges, sim cards, and sometimes fixing basic mobile issues that people bring in. The traffic on Kanakapura Road can get pretty loud during the day, but we are used to it by now. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush is over. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions since we are right on the main stretch. It’s a simple setup with a counter and some display cases. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from folks living nearby who don’t want to travel far to get their phones sorted out. There’s always a lot of dust from the road, so we spend a good chunk of time cleaning the glass. It’s just how it is running a small place like this. We know many of the faces that pass by every day. It feels good being part of the local scene here. We try to keep things honest and straightforward without making things complicated for the customers. If we can fix it, we do. If not, we just say so. It's just a small local shop on the road that people know well now.
