This is where Surendra, who is Linge Gowda’s son, runs things. It’s a very different vibe out here compared to the main city. It’s much quieter, and you see more green than concrete. We don’t have a big office building; it’s more of a local setup rooted in the village environment. People around here know us by name, and word of mouth is usually how things get around. It can be a bit of a drive to get out here if you’re coming from the city, but it’s a nice change of pace. We handle various bits of business that come our way, mostly dealing with people from the nearby areas. There isn't much of a strict management structure here. It’s just us working out of the space we have, making sure things are moving along. The days follow the weather and the local schedule more than a strict nine-to-five clock. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty or the roads are rough, but that’s just how it is in rural Bangalore. We keep things simple and honest. We don’t use big words or have fancy titles; we just do the work that needs doing for the folks in our community.
