V4U It Services, Bangalore

If you head down to MEI Colony in Bangalore and find 10th Cross, that’s where we are. Our office is at number 157. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. V4U It Services started out small and we’ve stayed that way for a reason. We do a lot of the technical stuff that businesses need, but we do it from a small room with a few good computers. The street outside can get a bit loud with the milk delivery early in the morning or the vegetable sellers later on. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you’ll just see one of us coming to the door. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to solve problems. It's not always glamorous. There’s a lot of tangled wires under the desks and we’re always running out of printer ink at the worst times. We take our breaks at the local tea stall nearby where the chai is actually decent. Most of our day is spent replying to emails or fixing bits of code that decided to stop working for no reason. We don't pretend to be some giant tech firm. We’re just a small group of people working out of a residential colony. It feels more like home than an office. We like the independence of it all and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work.
