We are based out of Bangalore, which is a city that never seems to slow down. Being V2Soft.Pvt Ltd here means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a city where everyone is doing something related to tech, but we try to keep things pretty low-key in our own office. It’s not one of those massive campuses you see on the news. Instead, we have a regular space where we sit with our laptops and figure out whatever problems are on the plate for the day. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up. We usually have lunch together or just grab something from the local spots nearby. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation in the morning, usually because someone got stuck for an hour just trying to get across a few blocks. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just talk like normal people and try to help each other out when someone gets stuck on a bit of code. It’s a small team, so you know everyone’s name and what they’re working on. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with wires everywhere and coffee mugs piling up, but it feels like a real place to work. We like it this way because it’s honest. There’s no pretending to be something we aren't. We just do the work and go home. We’ve seen the city change so much.
