V Hr Professional Services

We are V Hr Professional Services, and our office is at 215 in Richmond Town. It’s a pretty central location which makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been doing HR work here for a good while. Basically, we help companies manage their staff and we help people find jobs that suit them. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to understand what they’re looking for. Our office isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need. There are always resumes scattered around and the printer is usually running. We don't use a lot of fancy software or complicated systems. We just talk to people and take notes. Some people think HR is all about rules, but for us, it’s mostly about helping folks get settled into their roles. Richmond Town has a lot of character and we enjoy being part of the community here. You’ll often find us at the local cafes during lunch. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to do a decent job for the companies and individuals who reach out to us. Some days are better than others, especially when we finally find the right person for a tough position. It’s satisfying work in its own way. We keep our doors open and try to be approachable. No corporate lingo or big promises here, just us doing our daily tasks and keeping things moving.
