V For U

Our place, V For U, is tucked away at 154/1 Rammohan Puram in the Robertson Block. It’s part of Ramachandra Puram, which is a place with a lot of history. The streets around here can be a bit narrow, and you have to watch out for the scooters zooming by when you're crossing the road. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building is just a regular one, nothing fancy about the architecture or the paint. Inside, it’s mostly just us and whatever we are working on at the moment. We chose the name because it felt right, but we don't spend much time thinking about branding or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Some days are slow and we just sit and chat with the neighbors who stop by. Other days, we are running around trying to get things finished before the sun goes down. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a few friends who've been around forever. We like being in this part of town because everyone knows everyone else. You can't walk to the end of the block without saying hello to three people. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to be helpful to the people who come to us.
