V & V Food Products

If you find yourself on Magadi Main Road, look for number 134. That is where V & V Food Products is based. We have been here at this location for a long time. The road outside is always loud with trucks and buses going past. Inside our space, there is usually a strong smell of whatever we are packing that day. It might be spices or grains, depending on what came in that morning. We have a small team of people who help with the bagging and weighing. Most of it is done by hand because we don't have those big automated systems you see in factories. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. The shop floor is kept clean, but there's always a bit of a mess when we are in the middle of a big order. We have a small counter near the door for people who stop in. The building at 134 isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we get everything done. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside until it comes back on. We don't mind it much. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We just try to get the food products out on time and keep things moving along at a decent pace.
