Our office is tucked away in Shifa Mansion on CMH Road, right in the heart of Bangalore. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the shops and people moving around at all hours. We go by the name Utkarsh Staffing Solutions, and basically, we spend our time talking to people who are looking for work. It is a small space on the 10th floor or so, depending on how you count the levels in this building. We have been at this spot for a bit now. The 17A Cross is usually packed with cars and bikes, so we mostly walk to the metro station nearby when it is time to head home. It is not a big corporate setup with glass walls or a huge lobby. It is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of phone calls all day long. We try to help folks find jobs that fit what they are able to do. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a minute, but that is just part of living in the city. We have a lot of files piled up because we talk to so many candidates every week. Our team is small, just a few of us who know each other well. We do not have a fancy reception area. People just walk in, sit down, and we chat about work.
