Universal & Elastomers

The machines at 48 Daji Ramchandra Road make a lot of noise during the shift. We handle a lot of rubber and elastomer parts in this workshop. Charai is a crowded part of Thane, so there is always the sound of traffic mixing with our industrial work. The floor has some old stains and that smell of burnt rubber never really goes away. We don't mind it much, but people visiting usually notice it right when they walk in. We aren't a massive factory with hundreds of people. It is a smaller setup where we know exactly where every wrench and mold is kept, even if it looks cluttered to someone else. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day with our hands covered in grease trying to fix it. That is just part of the daily routine here. We get orders from various companies and we just get to work. No one here is wearing a suit or a tie. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting ruined by oil or dust. Thane West is a good location for us because we have been here so long that everyone knows the address. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a place for guests to sit. It is just a workspace where things get manufactured. We keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks, making sure the orders are ready to go out on time.
