Univercell

Univercell is located in Rajajinagar, specifically in Gokhale Nagar on S B Road. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, 101/102 and 327-B/328-C, but once you find us, you’ll see we are just a regular shop. Rajajinagar is a well-known area and being on S B Road means we are right in the thick of things. The store is filled with mobile phones and all the bits and pieces that go with them. We have several counters because the space is spread across those different unit numbers. It can get a bit confusing for us sometimes, too, keeping track of where everything is. We spend our days showing customers the different features of the latest phones. Some people know exactly what they want, while others want to hold every phone in the shop before they decide. We don't mind. It's part of the job. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them swept, but with so many people coming in from Gokhale Nagar, it’s a constant task. We’ve been here for a good while now. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we stay pretty much the same. We have a few staff members who have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about the news. It’s a comfortable place to be, even when the shop is crowded and everyone is talking at once for hours and the fans are spinning.
