Univercell

This branch of Univercell is located over at Nayandahalli, on the New Mico Road near Chenna Keshava Nagar and Hosa Road 11. It’s a busy intersection area, so there is a lot of dust and noise from the heavy vehicles passing by all day. Our shop has big glass windows that let us see all the traffic while we work. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of phone boxes and racks of accessories like power banks and chargers. We spend a lot of time helping people set up their new devices or explaining how the different data plans work. The lighting is bright so people can see the screens clearly, but the back area is a bit more cluttered with shipping crates and old display stands. We don’t have a lot of space for sitting around, so we’re usually on our feet behind the counter. It gets really busy on weekends when people have the time to come out and look for a new gadget. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait for the generator to hum to life. We keep a stash of cleaning cloths handy because the phones get handled by a lot of hands throughout the day. It’s a basic, functional shop that serves the people living around Hosa Road who just need their technology to work without any fuss or complicated explanations. We keep a bowl of water outside for the local dogs.
