The shop is located at Marathahalli Varthur 43, right in the thick of things. If you know this area, you know how busy the roads get with all the commuters and locals moving around. We are open most of the day, dealing with all sorts of phone issues that people bring in. Often, people come in because they dropped their device or the battery just isn't holding a charge like it used to. We see a lot of different models, some brand new and others that have seen better days. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but inside we are usually focused on whatever is on the counter. We have a good amount of accessories on the shelves, things like chargers and basic cases that people need in a hurry. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit crowded when three or four people walk in at once. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual stuff you expect from a mobile shop. Sometimes we are just explaining how a certain feature works or helping someone move their photos to a new device. It is practical work. We have been at this spot for a bit, seeing the neighborhood change as more buildings go up around Varthur. There is always someone looking for a screen protector or asking about the latest prices. We keep it simple here, just trying to get things sorted for whoever walks through the door.
