It is a bit of a trek for some, but we like the location. Inside, it’s mostly desks and screens and a few display units that have seen better days. We aren't one of those shiny new tech startups. We’ve been around and we know how the industry works. The staff here are just regular people who happen to know a lot about phones. We spend our days troubleshooting problems or helping people pick out something that actually works for them. We don't have a big script for how we talk to customers. We just speak like normal people. The office can get a bit cluttered with boxes of inventory and old chargers, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. We’ve had some good times here and some stressful ones too, especially when new models come out and everyone wants one at the same time. But overall, it’s a steady place to work. We are part of the Frazer area and we like being here. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do our jobs well. We just stay focused on the tech and the people who use it.
