Unity Mobile

Unity Mobile is on Shampur Main Road in the RT Nagar post area, specifically at 74/1. It is a small shop but we keep it packed with all sorts of mobile accessories. You will see rows of colorful cases and screen protectors hanging on the walls. We spend our time doing recharges, selling SIM cards, and looking at phones that won't turn on. Shampur Main Road can get very crowded, especially in the evenings, so we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions. We have a glass counter where we display some of the second-hand phones we have for sale. It’s just a basic neighborhood shop where people come when they have a small issue with their device. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be organized with how we store the repair tools. Sometimes the kids from the school nearby come in looking for cheap headphones. We've got a small stool for customers to sit on if the repair takes a little longer. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like putting on screen guards or cleaning out charging ports, but it keeps the lights on. We don't try to act like a big retail chain. We are just a local shop trying to help out the people around RT Nagar with their mobile needs. It is a good spot to be in and we see a lot of familiar faces.
