United Steel Link is located at 91 / 6 Illyasnagar L T Road, right near Jamia Masjeed and the 100 Feet Ring Road. It’s a location that’s pretty easy to explain to people because of the mosque and the big ring road nearby. Our place is where we handle all things related to steel. It’s a tough, physical environment. We have heavy stacks of metal and various tools laying around. The building isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and serves our needs. Being close to the Ring Road is great for transport, though the traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading, so there’s usually a bit of activity out front. Inside, it’s mostly storage and a small area for the desk work. We don't have air conditioning or anything like that, so we just leave the big doors open to catch whatever breeze there is. It can get pretty dusty with all the steel moving around. We’re just a bunch of people working hard and trying to keep everything organized. It’s a very down-to-earth business. We’ve been in Illyasnagar for a while and have seen the area change a lot. But we’re still here, doing our daily rounds and making sure the steel gets to where it needs to go. That is basically us in a nutshell, just a regular local shop.
