Unique Infrastructure And Home Pvt Ltd is based on the first floor at 34/1 in G Block of Sahakara Nagar. It’s a nice neighborhood to work in, and being on the first floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise. We focus on infrastructure and housing projects, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to build or improve homes. The office is usually cluttered with plans, samples of building materials, and stacks of documents. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s a place where real work happens. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether that’s talking to contractors or sorting out permits. Sahakara Nagar is a place we know well, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in G Block over the years. We spend a lot of our day coordinating between different people to make sure projects are moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on details. When people come by the office, they usually find us busy with something, but we always have time to sit down and go over a project. We don't use any fancy mission statements. We just try to do a solid job on every house or road we are involved with. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us on our toes.
