We are located at 525 in JP Nagar, which is a part of the city that has really changed a lot since we first arrived. It used to be much quieter, but now there are new shops and apartments going up on every corner. Our office is a straightforward place on the ground floor. It is easy to spot from the road if you are looking for the number. Inside, we have a couple of desks and a small area where people can sit while we talk. We keep the walls covered with maps of the local area because that is mostly what we deal with every day. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about prices or looking for a specific street they cannot find on their GPS. We keep a big pot of tea going for most of the morning because it helps get us through the paperwork. It is not a high-tech office by any means. We still use a lot of paper notebooks and pens to keep track of things. We like the personal touch of writing things down. JP Nagar has a nice feel to it, even with all the new construction, and we enjoy being part of the local scene here. It is just a matter of showing up every morning, opening the shutters, and seeing who needs help with their real estate questions for the day.
