You can find us at 611 Swetadri, on the 15th Cross of the 100 Feet Ring Road in J P Nagar, 6th Phase. It’s a pretty busy part of Bangalore, especially with all the shops and traffic on the Ring Road. Tulsiyaan Infrastructure Devlopment Foundation Ltd is run out of this office. We spend most of our time looking at development plans and dealing with the logistics of infrastructure. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy tables, chairs, and a lot of maps and project binders. We aren't here to impress people with a lobby; we’re here to work. Sometimes the 100 Feet Road gets so loud you have to close the windows, but we’re used to it. The team is mostly made up of people who have been in the construction and development world for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. We just look at a site, figure out what needs to happen, and try to get it moving. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies and the workers are where they need to be. We drink our coffee, check the schedules, and go through the daily reports. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, and being in J P Nagar makes it easy for us to get to various sites. It is mostly just about keeping the projects on track without too much fuss.
