Our office is at No. 54, Gurusthan in Yelahanka. If you know Bangalore, you know Yelahanka has grown like crazy lately. We are right in the middle of all that noise and dust. Jupiter Infrastructure is basically us working on building projects around the area. It’s a lot of meetings about cement, steel, and deadlines. The office itself is pretty functional. We have blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of tiles or bricks laying around. It is not the kind of place you come for a fancy coffee, it's where we get the planning done. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual construction sites though. Being in the office is mostly for the paperwork and talking to the contractors. The traffic near Gurusthan can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to start early. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you are checking accounts and the next you are looking at a drainage issue on a site. It’s a bit messy and chaotic sometimes, but that is just how the building business goes. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have maps of the city and a big calendar with dates circled in red. We’ve been at this for a while now and we know the local regulations and the way things work in Bangalore.
