We’ve been set up here at 176, 5th Cross for quite some time now. It’s a busy little spot since we’re right West of Chord Road and practically next door to MC Modi Hospital. You probably know the area if you live in Bangalore; Rajajinagar and Indiranagar have changed so much over the years, but our little corner feels mostly the same. We spend our days dealing with land development. It isn't always glamorous, honestly. There is a lot of back-and-forth with papers, checking boundaries, and making sure the sites are actually ready for whatever comes next. Sometimes we just sit around the office with a cup of tea from the small stall down the street and talk about the next project. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing fancy at all, just a place where we get the work done. We’ve got stacks of old folders and maps spread out on the tables that never seem to go away. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up near the hospital, especially with the ambulances and the horns, but we’ve mostly grown used to it. Most of us have been working together for years now, so we know each other's habits. We know which plots in the city are tricky and which ones are straightforward. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate giant. We just like handling the land business and seeing projects actually move forward.
