Unique India

We are based at C-41A in Shivaji Park, over in the Punjabi Bagh area. It’s a bit different from being in a heavy industrial zone because Punjabi Bagh has a lot of residential spots mixed in. Our building at Shivaji Park is where we handle all our daily operations. It’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have our desks and our storage areas all in one place. We don't need a lot of space. It’s not a giant corporate headquarters, just a local office where we keep track of everything for Unique India. The neighborhood is actually quite nice, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite or a tea nearby. We have a small team here, and we’ve been at this address for a good number of years. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come in, check the messages, and get to work. Sometimes it gets a little noisy when there is something going on in the park or on the main roads nearby, but we are used to it by now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or handling the paperwork that comes with running a business. We like the location because it’s easy for the staff to get to. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of things.
