Our office is where we handle the room bookings and talk to people looking for a place to stay. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a workspace with maps on the wall and a lot of keys on hooks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing people around the local area. The water tank road gets pretty busy in the evenings, so we usually have the sound of scooters in the background. We don't have any fancy marketing teams. It’s just us, some chairs, and a desk where we write down the details of who is moving in or out. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door.
