Uninor Store

Koramangala is a fast place, always changing, but we’ve been tucked away here for a while. People come in all day long because their phones aren’t working or they need a new SIM card. It’s a small shop, not much room to move around when three or four customers are inside at the same time. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing in numbers for recharges. It’s funny how everyone is so stressed when their internet stops working for even five minutes. We hear the same complaints every day, mostly about signal or data plans. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that I should probably fix, but I never get around to it. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and the water starts coming near the door, so we have to keep the floor mats dry. We don't have fancy chairs, just a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to go through. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually go get a cold soda from the shop next door. It’s just a simple mobile store. We don’t do anything special, just help people get their phones sorted so they can get back to their day. Dealing with the network companies can be a bit of a pain, but we manage. Koramangala keeps us busy enough that the days go by pretty fast usually.
