We are based on the 5th floor of Shreeram Niwas at 1134, Hal 2Nd Stage in Indiranagar. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and there are plenty of cafes and shops around us. Even though we are in the biscuit business, this particular office is more about the planning and management side of things. We have desks, computers, and a lot of sample packets sitting around. It’s not a factory floor, so it doesn't smell like baking cookies here, unfortunately. We spend our days looking at distribution charts and talking to retailers. The elevators in the building can be slow, especially around lunchtime. We are just a group of people making sure that the biscuits get onto the store shelves. It’s a lot of meetings and spreadsheets. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work on getting the snacks out to the people who want them. Indiranagar is a good place to be, even if parking is a nightmare. Our office is a bit lived-in, with papers everywhere and a kitchen that always needs more milk. We aren't trying to be overly corporate; we just want to do a good job. It’s a regular office life with a focus on a simple product that people enjoy with their tea. Sometimes we stay late when a new launch is happening, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule.
