Our company, Umano Consulting Private Limited, is situated in Indiranagar. The specific address is 514, 1st Floor, on the 16th Cross of 2nd Main. Bengaluru-Bangalore can be a tough place to navigate sometimes, but this little corner of 560038 isn't too bad once you know your way around. We’ve got a modest setup on the first floor. It's mostly just desks, a small meeting table, and a printer that jams more often than we’d like it to. There’s about six or seven of us here on any given day. We don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing; we just get the work done together. The 16th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps us focus on our tasks. We started this firm because we had some experience in consulting and figured we could manage things on our own. It’s been an interesting journey so far with plenty of ups and downs. Some weeks are incredibly busy and we’re all rushing to meet deadlines, and other weeks are a bit more relaxed. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just try to be helpful to the people who come to us for help. We’ve become regulars at the small tea stall down the street. It’s just a normal office with normal people trying to make a living and do a decent job.
