Assistant Manger

Our place is located at number 128 on the 1st Main Road in Railways Colony. It’s part of Ramakrishna Nagar, over in the Nandini Layout area of Bangalore. We’ve been here in Karnataka for quite a bit now. The name Assistant Manger is what we go by, even if it sounds a bit different to some people. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, though you still hear the usual city sounds throughout the day. We deal with various tasks, mostly just keeping the daily operations running as smoothly as possible. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just a regular building where we get our work done. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that's just part of living in this neighborhood. We focus on getting things sorted for whoever walks through our door. The office isn't very large, and the furniture is a bit old, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend most of our time here from morning until evening. We’ve gotten to know the people nearby pretty well over the years. It’s a simple way of making a living. We try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep things moving. There’s always something that needs fixing or a call that needs answering. We just take it one day at a time without much fuss. It is how we have always done things here in Ramakrishna Nagar.
