Tesco , Hindustan Service Centre

We operate out of Flat 10 in the Monrepos Apartment building. This is on 10th Main, near 7th Cross in Maruthinagar. It’s part of the Malleshpallya area in Bangalore. Working at the Tesco Hindustan Service Centre means we deal with a lot of back-office stuff. The apartment setting makes it feel a bit different from a big corporate office block. It’s a bit more personal because we are in a residential-style building rather than a skyscraper. We have our desks set up and there is usually a lot of chatter about the work we are doing or what we are having for lunch. The 560075 area is a nice part of town to be in. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s not a place where you’ll find a huge lobby with marble floors or fancy art. Instead, it’s just a functional space where we get things done. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it's data or support services for the company. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living and working in Bangalore, so we have to wait for the backup to kick in. We don’t really do anything for show. Most people who work here have been around for a while and know each other well. It’s a steady routine of logging in and helping out with the service side of things. We just try to stay organized and keep the workflow going every single day.
