Umakanth Paying Guest

Umakanth Paying Guest is a place for people to stay over at 36 Jaya Nagar West. We are situated very close to City College, which means we get a lot of students coming through our doors. The building is an older one, but it’s kept in decent shape for everyone who lives here. We provide basic rooms and a place for people to sleep and keep their things while they go to class or work. Jaya Nagar West is a nice area with a lot of trees and quiet streets, though it gets busier near the college. We aren't running a luxury apartment complex; it’s just a simple paying guest setup where things are kept straightforward. We handle the daily stuff like cleaning the common areas and making sure the security is okay. It’s mostly a quiet house because people are usually out during the day at their colleges or jobs. We don’t have a lot of fancy rules, just the usual things to make sure everyone gets along and respects the space. Living here is easy because you can walk to a lot of places from our front door. We’ve been operating out of this house at number 36 for quite a few years now. Most of our residents find us through word of mouth from other students. It’s just a regular home that we’ve opened up to others who need a place in the city. We try to keep it comfortable enough so people feel at ease while they are away from home.
