Ultrafilter (India) Pvt Ltd is based out in the Bommasandra Industrial Area in Anekal Taluk. It’s quite a way out from the main city, so the drive in the morning can be a long one. We are located at number 70, and it’s a pretty standard industrial setup. We deal with all sorts of filtration equipment here. The warehouse is usually full of boxes and different metal housings. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we have some big fans running to keep the air moving. Our team is mostly made up of people who have been with us for years. We spend our time checking the inventory and making sure everything is packed correctly for the customers. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don’t have much in the way of a fancy lobby; you mostly just walk in and find someone in the warehouse or the small office space we have off to the side. The area around us is full of other factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of noise and dust. We usually have our tea breaks together in the small area out back. It’s not a complicated business. We just make sure the filters are built right and sent out to the people who need them. It is a steady kind of job, and we just keep at it day after day until the evening.
