Our office is at 37/7 Cunningham Road in Bangalore. This is a pretty busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good number of years. It’s an old building, but it serves our purposes well enough. We do industrial work, mostly focusing on manufacturing and supplies. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of glass and chrome; it’s more about desks covered in papers and the sound of phones ringing. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s business. Bangalore has changed so much since we started, with all the new buildings and the traffic getting worse every year, but our little corner on Cunningham Road stays mostly the same. We don’t spend money on big ads or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or through word of mouth. We just try to be reliable and get things out on time. Sometimes there are delays with the suppliers or the transport, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s an honest living, and we take some pride in just being consistent. When the day is over, we lock up and head out into the city rush like everyone else. We usually end up talking about the weather or the cricket score while we wait for the last courier to pick up the boxes.
