Our office sits at 70/2 in Whitefield. It is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it. We mostly handle phone calls and coordinate the technicians from this location. It is not a showroom where you come to look at shiny products. It is more of a hub where the daily schedules get organized. If a water purifier breaks down, the call usually comes here. We have a few desks, maps of the area, and some logbooks. The staff here are usually on the phones or talking to the service guys who come in and out all day. It gets a bit chaotic when it rains because everyone’s filters seem to need fixing at the same time. We do not have a big fancy lobby. It is just a practical space where we try to track who needs help and where the nearest technician is located. The traffic in Whitefield makes it hard to get around, so we spend time looking at the clock and trying to figure out the best routes. We have been doing this for a long time and know how the machines work. We do not use scripts when people call us. We just listen to the problem and try to get it sorted out. It is a basic service job. Most of the time, the phones are ringing and we are just trying to keep up with the demand.
