Femco Filters Pvt Ltd is tucked away in HMT Layout. We are at 28/1 Bapuji Nagar on the 14th Main road. It’s more of a manufacturing and storage spot than a flashy office. We make filters for different uses. The floor is concrete and there are always boxes stacked up ready to go out to clients. You can hear the hum of the equipment if you stand near the back of the building. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the specs right. We’ve got a small crew that handles the assembly and the shipping. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time turning around in the narrow lane. We don't really have a showroom for people to walk through. Usually, it’s just business clients calling us up or coming by to check on an order they placed. We keep our tools organized on the wall, or at least we try to. There’s always a bit of industrial dust around because of the materials we use. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things built. We've been in Bapuji Nagar for a while now. Most of our day is spent checking quality and packing things into wooden crates. It is straightforward work. We don't spend much time on the decor. The focus is just on the filters and making sure they are made correctly for the customers.
