Udayashri Telecom

Down in Bilekahalli, right in the Kuttiappa Garden area, you’ll find our place on the DC Halli Main Road. The shop is at 98/4. It’s one of those spots that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We do all the usual things a telecom shop does, like fixing phones and selling accessories. I started this place because I liked fiddling with electronics, and it just grew into a full-time job. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with parts and screwdrivers left out on the work table. I try to keep it organized, but when customers are coming in and out, that plan usually goes out the window by noon. There’s a nice tree outside that gives us some shade in the morning, which is great during the summer months. I spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who stop by just to say hello or ask about a bill. We don’t have any fancy marketing or big ads. People just know we are here on the main road. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. I like being my own boss, even if it means working long hours and dealing with some very stubborn mobile phones that don't want to turn back on after they have been dropped.
