U & J Foods Pvt Ltd is based at 79/3 in HSR Layout, right there at the Chowdeshwari Arcade on the Balandur Outer Ring Road. If you know that stretch of road, you know the traffic can be a real nightmare during the morning and evening rush. We spend a lot of time looking out at the cars stuck in line while we handle the food business. The office is inside the arcade, which is a bit of a local landmark for people living in HSR. We handle all sorts of food-related stuff here. It isn't a big corporate headquarters with a security gate; it’s just a regular office where we keep the records and talk to our suppliers. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of samples and paperwork everywhere. We don't really go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get through the day. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from one of the small shops downstairs when things get too busy to leave the building.
