We run Tyre Tracks at Banashankari 2nd Stage. Our shop is at 2956. It’s a place where we deal with all things related to tires. We have piles of them stacked up against the walls. It’s a dirty job, your hands are always black by the end of the day, but someone has to do it. We do punctures, alignments, and we sell new tires too. We’ve been here for a few years. It’s a busy road, so we get a lot of walk-ins. People who have a nail in their tire or just need a change before a long trip. We have a couple of machines to help, but a lot of it is still done by hand with a crowbar. It’s hard work on the back. We don't have a waiting room or anything. Customers just stand around or go get a tea nearby while we finish. We aren't trying to be some big national chain. We just want to do a good job so people come back next time they have trouble. The shop is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. My nephew helps me out most days. He’s learning the trade. It’s a solid way to make a living in the city. Just honest, greasy work every day from morning until the sun goes down. We're right here on the main road if you ever need us.
