Tyre Park is situated inside the BP petrol bunk on the 132 Feet Ring Road, specifically at 10 Mahathma Gandhi Road. Being inside a petrol pump means we are always in the middle of the action. Cars and bikes are constantly pulling in and out for fuel, and we are right there to handle anything related to their tires. It is a practical setup. We do not have a big fancy showroom; we have the machines we need and stacks of tires everywhere. The air compressor is usually running, which makes a lot of noise, but it is the sound of work getting done. Working here means you get pretty dirty. Dust from the road and rubber from the tires get on everything. We do not mind it much. Our day is mostly spent checking pressures, fixing punctures, or swapping out old sets for new ones. The Ring Road is always jammed with traffic, so we see a lot of frustrated drivers who just want to get back on their way quickly. We try to work fast because we know nobody likes waiting around a petrol bunk for too long. There is a small desk where we handle the bills, but most of our time is spent on the concrete floor. It is straightforward work. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just look at the rubber and fix the problem. That is the daily routine here.
