Suntec Tyres Ltd. has been at TC-11/122 in Viyyur for a good while now. If you know Peringaru Road, you probably know where we are. Dealing with tyres isn't the cleanest job in the world. Our hands are usually black from rubber and dust by the end of the day. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and coffee machines. It is just a practical shop where we keep stacks of tyres for cars and some for bikes too. People usually stop by when they have a puncture or if they notice the tread is getting too smooth. We take a look, tell them what we have in stock, and get to work. Sometimes the weather here makes everything damp, and other times it is just too hot to move fast, but we get the job done. We don't do much talking or try to sell things people don't need. If your tyre is fine, we say so. If it’s dangerous, we tell you that too. It is a local business and most people who come here live just a few streets away. We keep things simple because that’s how we like it. There is always a lot of heavy lifting and the smell of new rubber is everywhere in the shop. It might be a bit messy sometimes with old wheels lying around, but we know where everything is. We just try to be helpful to anyone who pulls up.
