We are situated right on Vittal Mallya Road. It is a well-known part of town, which makes it easy for people to find us. Turning Point Consultancy Pvt Ltd is run out of a space that feels more like a home than an office sometimes. We have some old filing cabinets and a big table where we all sit. It is a bit of a mix of people here. Some have been around since the start, and others are newer. We do not have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics that work. The street outside is always full of cars and people moving around. We can hear the noise even when the windows are shut tight. We spend a lot of our time talking through things and making notes. There is always a stack of newspapers in the corner that nobody ever throws away. We do not have a strict dress code or anything. Most days we are just in casual clothes.
